Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all CA & US orders over CA$49.99. For orders below CA$49.99, a flat rate of CA$9.99 is charged for standard shipping.

 

What is your return policy? 

We offer a 30-day return policy for all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at service@euroca.ca and we will assist you with the return process.

How long does it take to receive my order? 

We usually process orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.
